Lavender magnesium is used to alleviate minor pains and allow you to become calm and more relaxed. Often used to help get rid of headaches. Generally used to replenish, restore, and maintain the skin's moisture and elasticity. Aids in symptoms of low magnesium levels. These products aid individuals with Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS), Anxiety, Headaches and Migraines, PMS cramps, and other muscle cramps and twitches.   

Directions  
Apply to temples and other areas around the head for headache relief. Apply directly to the skin directly on the affected area. Massage onto the skin. It can be used on the entire body. External use only.  

Ingredients    
Shea butter, mango butter, carrier oils (olive, liquid coconut oil), magnesium oil, vegetable glycerin, essential oils (vanilla, lavender)
