Directions   
Apply to the skin while bathing. Gently rub in circles on the skin until it is completely dissolved. No additional pressure is needed during application. External use only.

Again.. why did I sleep on this for so longgggg! I looooove the fact that you can feel the tingles and in my head, it makes me FEEL like it's actually working (which I know it is bc it's GN), just something about that smell and tingle is perfection!
