I think in comparison to skinny pills I still like skinny pills more. Skinny pills I noticed a clear aid in digestion & energy levels. I'm 2 weeks in taking 2 capsules a day, but for me personally they didn't seem to keep the bloating down the same way Certainly no negative effects, but if you are 50/50 on which to choose i'd suggest skinny pills!
