Directions  
Apply directly on the skin of affected areas. Massage onto the skin; it can be used on the entire body and is for external use only. If you wish to rinse the skin after use, wait at least 20 minutes after application to allow maximum absorption of the minerals used to help fight experienced symptoms; however, no rinsing is required.

This stuff right here is SO GOOD!

Love it! it helps my muscle cramps and aches! so I bought some magnesium oil on amazon and it was horrible and burned my skin. Cant sleep? This stuff right here will make you sleep like a baby!!

This oil is a game changer!! My husband has sleep issues. I rub the oil on his feet and he sleeps!!! Oh my gosh! It makes his sleep like a baby 😊😊 It also helps my muscle spasms in my neck!! AND the smell is AWESOME!! This should be GN’s signature smell!!
