Directions  
Apply directly on the skin of affected areas. Massage onto the skin; it can be used on the entire body and is for external use only. If you wish to rinse the skin after use, wait at least 20 minutes after application to allow maximum absorption of the minerals used to help fight experienced symptoms; however, no rinsing is required.

Liquid Gold!!

I have to sing the praises of the Lavender Magnesium Oil! I am a caregiver and a mother, literally on my feet ALL DAY every day between work and home. My feet were hurting so bad I was starting to limp. A couple Lav Mag foot massages later and my pain has significantly decreased ! It is almost nonexistent after I apply the oil! This stuff is amazing!

I recently had brain surgery. I take several medications, lidocaine patches, ice packs, heating pad, occipital nerve blocks, use specialty pillows, physical therapy, and the list goes on. I have damage in my cervical spine and a torn rotator cuff. Headaches all the time! Restless leg, muscle cramps, and foot dystonia. These are the major things I use the LMOil for.
